I wrote to him again to inform him that Stirling University had committed a criminal act in April 2011 by creating and sending a fraudulent document to the Employment Tribunal in an attempt to cover up the sham grievance procedure to which I was subjected, and to pervert the course of justice. I asked him what was being done about it. He couldn't be arsed to reply. He is protecting a criminal or criminals. Meanwhile he picks up a salary of around £250,000 a year. Claims to know how to get the best out of people. My arse, Gerry!
Recently retired University Principal. I wrote (LINK) to her explaining my concerns that my grievance was not being taken seriously, and that Kathy McCabe's behaviour was damaging my health. I received no reply from her. However she forwarded my email to the very people I told her I had concerns about, and who then went on to dismiss me. This was just days after she wrote to all staff telling us how the university was committed to allowing us all to work without fear of victimisation. Extraordinary hypocrisy! Not only did she not care about the uni's legal obligations; she couldn't give a damn about my health. Maybe she was hoping I'd just commit suicide? In 2009, she was described by MSPs as greedy for having racked up £31,319 in expenses. (LINK).

Failed to process my grievance against Eileen MacDonald. Failed to process my complaint against Jackie O'Neil. Acted corruptly throughout.

Lied during grievance investigation, confirming what I suspected; he was always lying. Anything he did of any use in his career is nullified by his behaviour.
